Nigeria’s most decorated Telecoms Partner, CEO Idems Ultimate Limited, Chairman Stanford Microfinance Bank Limited and the preferred for Ukanafun/Oruk Anam Federal Constituency seat, Mr Unyime Idem yesterday May 16, 2018 joined other Ukanafun sons and daughters to grace the Briefing/Empowerment of Hon. Otobong Akpan, Member Representing Ukanafun State Constituency in the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly. While fielding questions from newsmen, Mr Idem praised the effort of the Udom-led government to restoring peace in Ukanafun and assured Him of a done deal come 2019. According to Mr Unyime Idem, ‘I am happy to part of today’s event. One of us (Hon. Otobong Akpan) that we sent for representation has come back to present his scorecard. It is a welcome development for Ukanafun people. I must commend Hon. Otobong Akpan for what he has done. Let me also eulogize His Excellency Deacon Udom Emmanuel, Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom State for ensuring the return of peace and security to Ukanafun without which this event would not have held here today. Let me also commend other Ukanafun stakeholders and security agencies who supported His Excellency to ensure that the nightmares we had becomes a thing of the past. Let me state emphatically that 2019 elections for our Governor is a done deal. Ukanafun is solidly and 100% behind His Excellency. We have done it before in 2015; we are ready to do it again in 2019.
