Due to the nature of the day's event, the mobilization for support ordinarily fell on the handlers of political offices *(House of Assembly members, Local Government Chairmen, Honorable Commissioners and Councillors, bench of Supervisors, college of Special Advisers and Assistants etc)* as well as the numerous aspirants for various political offices in Uyo Senatorial District extraction.
It is true that Uruan, like every other local government in the Senatorial district saw a massive turnout of party faithfuls and supporters for the huge endorsement affair.
However, unlike others, an unsurmountable proportion of such mobilization was effected by one man:
*TONY AKAN*- the reknown, efficient, meticulous, youth activated, gender equutable Grassroot Mobilizer who has come out to champion the Uruan State Constituency race.
Thus, the fame and efficacy of Tony Akan did not only dwarf many mediocre efforts in Uruan or *establish him as a grassroot mobilizer from time immemorial; but also vividly concurred that Rt. Hon. Anthony Jude Akan's House of Assembly bid enjoys massive and astounding support from Uruan Inyang Atakpo people.*
