Regina Daniels Declare Support For Atiku: Regina Daniels Appointed Coordinator In Atiku’s Campaign Organization

Teenage actress, Regina Daniels has been appointed as Youth Campaign Coordinator For Nollywood in the Atiku Abubakar presidential campaign.

The teenage Nollywood star made the disclosure in her acceptance speech posted on her Instagram page on Monday where she also included her appointment letter.

She wrote:

“I’m Regina Daniels. Proud to be 100% Atikulated with Atiku Abubakar who is in the race to become Nigeria’s next President. I accept my appointment as Youth Campaign Coordinator For Nollywood with humility and youthful zeal. Atiku is a youth-friendly leader who has assured that every 4 out of 10 of his cabinet will be a youth. The drift is brazen. The nation is at crossroads. The land bleeds from hunger and inertia. It’s time to steer the ship away from caput. From Bama to Bori, Aba to Abuja, kaura Namode to Kaduna, the sky is gloomy. 
Time for Nigerian Youths to join me and vote Atiku/Obi 2019 to protect our future.”

PDP Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, arrived the venue for the 2019 #Presidentialdebate but pulled out last minute. In a statement he released some minutes ago, Atiku says he pulled out of the debate because of President Buhari's absence which he described as a slight on other candidates present for the debate.

Read his statement below

I arrived the Congress Hall of the Hilton venue of the #2019Debate. This debate and the election is a referendum on the incumbent.

We came here for a Presidential debate, not a candidacy debate, and I, Atiku Abubakar can not challenge or question an administration where the man at the helm of the affairs of the nation is not present to defend himself or his policies. After all you cannot shave a man's head in his absence. I do not believe in attacking a man who is NOT here to defend himself. As a leader and former vice president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, let me first apologise to all Nigerians, my fellow candidates and the moderator for the the APC Presidential Candidates absence in this debate. His non-appearance is a slight on ALL of us and our democracy.

Secondly, with all due respect to my fellow candidates, Fela Durotoye, Oby Ezekwesili,  Kingsley Moghalu and to the moderator Mark Sugar and with apologies to all Nigerians here and at home expecting an interesting debate, I regret that I will not be able to go on with this debate due to President Buhari's absence.

I however challenge President Buhari to choose a date and time for a debate where he will be present and I will be there, hopefully with the other candidates as well.
