This victory means that the Catalans finished the season top of the league table with 93 points from 38 matches - 24 points above second placed Atletico Madrid.
While Champions League finalists, Real Madrid third on the log with 76 points from the same number of games, however, they have the chance to win a trophy this season when they battle Liverpool in the UCL final in Kiev later this month.
