He also presented certificate of sponsorship to 10 youth in the state The governor of Borno state Kashim Shettima has directed the state's civil service to proceed with the recruitment of 300 unemployed graduates from various field.
Shettima while issuing certificate to 10 youths sponsored for a year course at the National Power Training Institute ordered that the graduates from various fields be employed from 27 local government areas in the state.
He urged the Borno state Head of Service to employ the trainees for posting into different ministries.
The governor said the move was to strengthen the ongoing reconstruction of public infrastructure in the state. He also ordered that the 10 youths be among the 300 slot approved for the state's civil services commission.
