If you are fond of eaves dropping or listening to the sound of people having sex whether in your neighbour, etc, you are students of porn. In life, whatever you love, you are. If you love watching porn, soon you start acting porn.
Man needs to understand that we are spirits housed in a container called the body. This container has openings through which things get to the spirit. These openings have doors with locks. The central locking system is the brain.
There are things we open these doors to, which cost us. One of these doors is the eye. It isn't everything you should watch. In other words, it is not everything you let pass through the door of your eyes into your spirit.
When we talk about porn, people think it is something new and the internet has to be blamed for it, but the truth is, porn is very old. In fact David was watching porn. 2 Samuel 11:2 gives account of that: "Now when evening came David arose from his bed and walked around on the roof of the king's house, and from the roof he saw a woman bathing; and the woman was very beautiful in appearance".
How did he know the woman was very beautiful in appearance from the top of this roof? It means he was watching, as result, he started allowing lust to get into his spirit.
David seems to be telling himself "She is beautiful, I wish I had her, I wish I am in bed with her. I can see myself naked with her". David had a choice to say, I will not allow lust to enter my spirit, so I won't look twice, not to talk of watching.
David's story didn't end there, he pressed on to have the woman; even though it was someone's wife, his soldier's wife, that didn't stop him. From lust, to adultery, he ended up killing the solider just to have the body he saw. A man who dedicated his life to protect and die for his king and nation.
David moved from Righteous man of God to an Adulterer to Murderer. All because of lust. Lust is so powerful that it can make great men of God like David fall to nothing. This is why the bible says FLEE. "Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body" - 1 Corinthians 6:18 (ESV).
Truth be told, pornography does humans no good, it feeds our spirit with lust, a sin that has the power to kill us whilst still alive. A sin that replaces God's love with selfishness and envy. Sin that makes our conscience so dirty that we don't feel the damage we cause people with our actions.
If you are single and fond of watching pornography and have even memorized the porn websites, bookmarked them, downloaded nude pictures and video, let me kindly remind you, you have the virus of lust in your spirit and need urgent help now.
If you don't get a cure, it will lead you to the misuse of your sex organ. You end up in acts like masturbation, having pre-marital sex and even with multiple partners. You cannot be spiritually one with God because you choose to defile the very body God wants to dwell in; for that matter you are on your own, you end up with a partner who is not from God.
You will also have a strong urge to have sex with different women, different complexion, experience different sexual positions. If you get married, your partner won't be enough for you no matter how beautiful, handsome or rich they are.
You go for anything in the name of sexual adventure; you don't care about people's emotion because the sin of lust has killed the very thing that makes you have the right kind of mind and heart. You don't mind sleeping with the married, or even infants. You are morally bankrupt.
In conclusion "These evil thoughts lead to evil actions and afterwards to the death penalty from God" - James 1:15 (TLB).
