The singer made this revelation in a written note which she just shared on social media. The note reads;
“Music is very personal and I have realized this more with my #ElectricPackage EP. The intimacy of music is what makes it truly magical and I feel like we’ve lost that in today’s world. I know this might get me in trouble with my team, but I have decided to share the visuals of ‘Surrender’ with ya’ll without any teasers and promotional nonsense…”.
BTS clips and photos of Seyi Shay and Kizz Daniel getting all mushy on set of the video had already been seen online but as it appears, the songstress has decided to cut the chase and drop it like it’s hot.
The video which was shot by Clarence Peter’s is all one hoped it would be as it saw the lovebirds (Seyi and Daniel) take a spontaneous walk down the aisle in a simple wedding ceremony which took place on a beautiful beach backdrop. While the irresistible chemistry of the two was the main feature of the video, there were a couple of cameos from celebrities such as: Wofai Fada, Oreka Godis, Dada Boy Ehiz and Victor Adigwe.
Surrender is the fourth track on her recently-released Electric Package (EP).
