I don't intend to disrespect, belittle or bad-mouth baby fathers out there; this is to educate some young ladies who are planning of dating them or are already in a relationship with them. There is nothing wrong with dating a baby daddy, an unmarried guy who has a child, or getting married to him as far as he does not make you a baby mummy.
Lots of young people don't take precaution when going into relationships in the name of love. You might not have any problem with him as a baby daddy but have you inquired why he didn't get married to his baby mama? Have you found out why he wants you and what he wants from you?
If you can study a person’s pattern or way of doing things, you won't be fooled by their words, no matter how sweet and nice they sound. If he didn't marry the other lady, whom he had a child with, what shows he is going to marry you?
If he had an intention of getting married to her, if he was dating her for marriage, then why couldn't he wait to get married to her before having sex with her? Don't you think he went into the relationship for sex and not marriage? And it’s the same thing he is looking from you?
If the lady was that bad, and everything was wrong with her when it comes to being his wife, how come she was good for his bed? Do you know the promises he made to her before she opened her legs for him? Don't you think he is making the same promises to you now?
In case you don't know this fact, lots of guys promise their new woman the same world they still owe their Ex. When Mr. Naked promises you clothes, the wise thing to do it to listen to his name and look at him again. You don't get carried away with such promises.
Again, if you care to know, many baby daddies didn't want their Ex to give birth even when they were busily having unprotected sex with them. They rather wanted them to abort the babies each time they got pregnant.
Another fact is that, many baby mamas have had abortions because their boyfriends didn’t want the pregnancy and claimed they were not ready at that moment, but promised to do the right thing after the abortion.
You also need to know most of these baby mamas lost their boyfriends because they decided to keep the last pregnancy. It’s not because they were bad people or there were lots of issues in the relationship.
The only way you can be sure this baby daddy is not going to repeat what he did with the other woman is to let him get married to you before you go to bed with him. But if you are going to be giving him sex in the name of dating, a relationship or love, then get ready to become the next baby mama.
If the baby father claimed money is his problem then don't make sex the solution. He’s got to find the balance between having fun and having funds. When he missed the fund, he got stuck with the title baby father.
In conclusion "We do not want anyone to find fault with our work, so we try not to put obstacles in anyone's way" - 2 Corinthians 6:3 (GNT).
