President Muhammadu Buhari has appealed to Nigerians to re-elect him. He made the plea in an exceedingly video release by the presidency on Sunday.
Buhari said: “It’s been over 3 years since you gave me the mandate to oversee the affairs of our expensive country.
“It’s not been an easy journey however with sincerity of purpose, perseverance, dedication and most importantly support from people like you, we've created great progress.

“Some of those achievements are visible for everyone to work out, some are still in the works.
“I hereby humbly elicit your support again within the coming election to change United States of America to maneuver to the next LEVEL and consolidate on the successes recorded in creating our country a better place.
“I don’t take your support for granted. we are going to continue to work to safeguard your interest and deliver our mandate.”
