Cancer cells are simply immature cells that, instead of growing up to perform their proper function, remain immature.
These immature cells feed on the body by stealing nutrition from the body in order to grow larger and larger.
They grow up into killer cells. It has been proved that 70 to 80 percent of cancers are caused by the food we eat, the air we breathe and the water we drink, as well as lifestyle and environmental factors.
All these have cumulative effect over a person's life span. The risk of cancer is very high when our diets contain:
1. Excessive animal fats, including heavy oils.
2. Excessive sugar, which weakens the immune system and actually fuels the growth of cancer.
3. De-vitalized foods, including salt, white flour products, processed foods, cured meats and margarine.
4. Toxins in our food, such as nitrites and food additives.
Our next topic, we will be discussing on the topic " How to control cancer with power food".
