Following their issues in marriage, Toke filed for divorce in the law court over adulterous action by ex husband Maje Ayida. Finally, the marriage has been dissolved, Toke and Maje are officially divorced.
According to reports, the marriage was dissolved at an Igbosere high court in Lagos on October 5. Toke had filed for divorce in 2016, stating that her then husband committed adultery and disrespected her and the marriage.
Justice Morenike Obadina sighted that Maje's evidence against the accusation was deemed abandoned as he didn't take the necessary steps to deliver evidence to support his petition.
Toke and Maje tied the knot in 2014 but stopped living together in 2015. Maje was said to have impregnated one of his lovers, Anita Solomon.
