Iwobi On The Losing Side As Watford Come From A Goal Down To Stun Arsenal

Watford came from a goal down to stun Arsenal at the Vicarage road stadium with goals from Troy Deeney and Tom Cleverley.

The gunners started the game with Mesut Ozil on the bench while Alexis Sanchez missed out altogether after his exertion during the international break.

Per Mertesacker gave the away side the lead in the 39th minute with a towering header after a Granit Xhaka corner kick.

Mesut Ozil was brought in for Danny Welbeck in the 62nd minute and had a glorious chance to increase his team’s lead in the 70th minute after being left all alone on the edge of the Watford penalty area but shot straight into the hands of Gomes in the middle of the goal.
