The Niger Delta People’s Congress assured Yorubas and Igbos of their safety in the region

They asked them to disregard the quit notice issued to them by militants.

The group insisted the Niger Delta is in support of one Nigeria The Niger Delta People’s Congress (NDPC) has sent a message of assurance to Igbos and Yorubas living in the Niger Delta region to disregard the quit notice issued to them by a group. 

NAIJ.com had earlier reported that the Coalition of Niger Delta Agitators (CNDA) had issued a statement on Thursday, August 11 asking Yorubas and Igbos in the region to vacate before October 1.
