Modestus Umenzekwe : Buhari fell ill because of corruption in Nigeria
A chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress, Chief Modestus Umenzekwe, has stated that President Muhammadu Buhari would not have been sick if Nigeria was corruption-free.
He claimed that President Buhari’s ill health was caused by the monumental heap of corruption that he met when he assumed duty.
Umenzekwe alleged that Buhari inherited nothing good from his predecessors, as he disclosed that the real meaning of ‘change’ is to create a very congenial atmosphere for administration Chief Modestus Umenzekwe, a chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos and Anambra, has stated that if Nigeria was corruption-free, President Muhammadu Buhari would not have been sick.
According to reports, Umenzekwe made his comments in annoyance about the high level of corruption which was recorded in previous administrations.
