The charges was leveled against the officials before the US District Court for the District of Columbia.
The three heavyweight defendants are chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen Tukur Yusuf Buratai, Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra, and his Abia state counterpart, Dr. Okezie Ikpeazu.
The list of charges slammed against 16 top Nigerian government, army and police officials before the US District Court for the District of Columbia has been revealed.
The charges were leveled by legal representatives of 10 pro-Biafra activists.
