The footballer has twins and a seven-year-old born thorugh surrogate mothers.
He is serving a five game ban for showing a referee in a clash against Barca Cristiano Ronaldo took to Instagram to show off his immediate family consisting of his pregnant girlfriend Georgina Rodriguez, his son Cristianinho and his newly born twins.
Georgina is reportedly five months pregnant while his twins were born last month through a surrogate mother in America.
