The family of Chidera Ezeanya, victim of a supposed ritual killing has sent a petition to the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris over the alleged murder of their son by one Ifeanyi Okpoko.

The incident was said to have taken place in Eziowelle, Idemili north local government area of Anambra state.

According to irukkanews, the petition is against Mr Ifeanyi Okpoko (Alias Anagwanti) and 7 others for conspiracy, kidnapping and ritual murder of late Chidera Ezeanya.

It was sent to the Inspector General of Police, Force Headquarters, Edet House in Abuja.

The petition stated that at about 2am on Sunday night of October 1, 2017, one Ifeanyi Okpoko in company of some hardened criminals forcefully entered into the family house of late Chief Francis Ekwunife at Umunnama Village, Eziowelle,Idemili North local government area of Anambra state broke the door, kidnapped Chidera Ezeanya and whisked him away to an unknown destination, where he was cruelly murdered and some vital organs in his body taken away.
