Mourinho admits Manchester United is better this season than last season

Ahead of this weekend's Premier League blockbuster between two of England's biggest club sides, Jose Mourinho has revealed his Manchester United team are stronger than they were last season. 

Both side couldn't get the better of each other last season as both games ended in a draw in Jose Mourinho's debut season as United manager. 

This time around, the 20 times English champions sit joint top of the table having won all but one of their 10 matches in all competitions so far. 

"I think we are a better team [than we were]. You can say, like some people do, we have not played one of the top five teams but last season we did not beat West Ham at home, last season we did not beat Everton at home or Southampton away," he told Sky Sports.
