The former minister of petroleum resources who served during the administration of Goodluck Jonathan was accused of misappropriating funds as the EFCC continued its investigation into her dealings.
Premium Times reports that Ibrahim Magu who is the acting chairman of the EFCC confirmed this while addressing journalists, civic groups and others on Wednesday, September 13.
“I want you to know that nobody will go unpunished. We are even seeking to extradite Diezani, but investigations are still ongoing,” Mr. Magu said.
