Since his negotiations with the club broke down in February 2017, the 28-year-old German has refused to commit his future to the club. Ozil's current contract with Arsenal will expire next summer, and the attacking midfielder could leave the Emirates Stadium on a free transfer.
According to the report, Mesut Ozil is not presently in good state of minds over Arsenal's failure to qualify for the 2017/18 UEFA Champions League.
French club Paris-Saint-Germain are said to be interested in a deal to sign him from Arsenal, and it was stated that Ozil has also shown interest to move to France.
