The former minister expresses fears that the Nigeria might break-up if those from a particular part of the country continue to reject restructuring A former minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has called for the creation of Oduduwa Republic if Nigeria is not restructured by the federal government.
Fani-Kayode made the statement on Thursday, September 7, at a gathering of Yoruba leaders who converged at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamashingba, Ibadan in Oyo state to discuss the position of the Yoruba people in the ongoing call for restructuring.
Speaking at the occasion, the former minister said the Yoruba people had been treated as second class citizens in the country and described such treatment as unacceptable.
