Champions League match day 1 (Tuesday)

The 2017/2018 Champions League season kicks off proper with eight games to be played today, Tuesday, September 12. 

Eight matches will be played with 16 teams in actions including last year's finalist Juventus who play away to their 2015 final opponents Barcelona. 

Last season's Europa League winners Manchester United are also in action alongside PSG who are sure to line-up Kylian Mbappe and Neymar. 

Antonio Conte begins his Champions League stint at Chelsea as his side welcome Qarabag while AS Roma welcome one of Europe's most tactically astute sides in Atletico Madrid.
