Dates can sometimes go wrong, but this particular date turned out absolutely embarrassing. An unnamed girl had dinner at a restaurant with a date, 24-year-old Lyam Smith, whom she met online.

The two then decided to have a nightcap at Smith's house in Bristol, UK. In the course of the evening, she needed to use the toilet. However, it got blocked.
