One of Nigeria’s top male designers, Yomi Casual, has rocked a boat on social media. The designer had shared a post stating that a man is poor if his money doesn’t show on his wife or girlfriend.

Yomi Casual who tied the knot with his wife, Grace, in October, 2017, further expressed that a man is also regarded as poor if his money doesn’t reflect on his family. The top designer shared his opinion on a post on his Instagram page. He said: “THATS MY MONEY RIGHT THERE...5.9ft tall Bag of $$$$$$$ If your money does not reflect on your woman or family bro you poor!!!!!!!!!!! #VERYPOOR #myopinion.”

The top designer had proposed to his longtime girlfriend at a comedy event in Lagos and they said their vows on October 14, 2017.

With the post shared by Yomi Casual, it is obvious that the couple is having fun as married couples.

However, some Nigerians were not happy with Yomi’s opinion, stating that he is newly married and he has not gotten to the stage where he can give advice.
