The students fought dirty over N3.8m and were rushed to the school clinic afterwards.
They have been suspended by the management of the university.
A fight broke out between the vice president of the student union and the social director when they were arguing out about the disbursement of money.
This led to the VP stabbing the social director.
The SUG vice president, Tosin Jacob, with matric number LAW/2012/153 reportedly stabbed the social director, Adebayo Emmanuel, with matric number AEC/2012/002.
Jacob claimed she broke a bottle to defend herself as the case became one where she was about to be harassed as a woman.
The university management has reacted to this case stating the code of conduct for the university community has been breached.
The vice-chancellor therefore, decided to suspend the affected students pending the time the investigations would be concluded.
