New mum welcomes baby boy after George Michael gave her £9,000 for IVF treatment

The woman who singer George Michael anonymously gave £9,000 to for IVF treatment has welcomed a baby boy.
Lynette Gillard has been desperately trying to have a baby for 13 years, with George donating the generous sum after seeing her try to win money for the treatment in a 2008 episode of Deal Or No Deal.
George tracked Lynette down through Channel 4 and gave her the money, and now Lynette has paid fitting tribute to the star following her son’s birth.
Giving birth two weeks ago, Lynette listened to George’s songs while she was in labour, using the singer’s moniker as her first-born baby’s middle name.
Announcing that she is now a proud mum to Seth Logan George Hart, Lynette told The Sun: “I hope he’s looking down smiling, knowing I have what I’ve always longed for.
“He believed in me and gave me hope to keep trying even when I felt it was useless.”
Lynette had nine rounds of IVF in total thanks to George’s gift, although each round failed the money that the star donated meant that Lynette was able to undergo vital tests and treatment for a condition that prevented her from pregnancy.
Lynette and her husband, Nathan, were due to have one final round of IVF last year when Lynette fell pregnant naturally – poignantly learning her happy news on Christmas Day.
She explained: “I found out I was pregnant on the day he died.
