A 34-year-old mum from New Zealand died of an extremely rare complication moments after giving birth to bouncing triplet boys. The mother-of-four, identified as Chervonne Magaoa, reportedly conceived her three babies via IVF and carried them until they were born.

She successfully gave birth through C-section but developed serious complications hours later. “The babies arrived at around 5.30 pm. Everything seemed perfectly fine until the complication that claimed her life,” says Bishop Hyran, her father.
