The major issue facing Rohr is who should start as one of the wingers between Moses Simon who impressed against Zambia and Alex Iwobi who rejoins the squad after missing the last games due to injury.
Gernot Rohr's side held two training sessions on Friday, October 6 with the second session a bit more intense, as the players trained behind closed doors amid tight security.
The first 15 minutes of the first session on the day was open to journalists and fans on the training pitch of the Goodswill Akpabio stadium.
A second session was held inside the main stadium just after the Chipolopolo of Zambia had used it and it was closed off for fans and journalists.
Nigeria’s likely starting 11 against Zambia based on the playing time and performances of the players during training sessions as witnessed by our reporter.
Goalkeeper: Ikechukwu Ezenwa
Defenders: Abdullahi Shehu, Leon Balogun, William Troost-Ekong, Elderson Echiejile
Midfielders: Wilfred Ndidi, Ogenyi Onazi, Mikel Obi (C)

The Super Eagles face Zambia in a 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualifier on Saturday, October 7.
