Kenyan Muslims furious after insensitive Eid al-Fitr message

A popular Nairobi restaurant is facing backlash from Muslims after its goodwill message for Eid al-Fitr turned nasty.

Picazzo Restaurant located at The Hub Mall in Karen had posted a photo of a roasted pig welcoming Muslims to the eatery for Eid.

Angry Muslims called for boycott of the restaurant forcing the management to issue an apology Kenyan Muslims have been outraged after a popular restaurant in Nairobi posted an insensitive message on Eid al-Fitr.

Picazzo Restaurant located at The Hub Mall, had on Monday, June 26, posted an Eid al-Fitr message to Muslims but the photo that accompanied the message was of a roasted pig placed on a table.
