Kiss Daniel: G-Worldwide drags singer to court over his exit
After breaking announcing his departure from G-Worldwide, Kiss Daniel has been sued by the record label.On October 13, 2017, Kiss Daniel went public with his decision to exit G-Worldwide, after four years in the record label. The singer subsequently set up his personal imprint – Flyboi Inc. – and has released a debut single titled ‘No do.’But G-Worldwide has instituted a law suit against his actions. The company has dragged him to court, accusing him of “taking steps to appoint a new manager, solicit for bookings, and has continued to negotiate and enter performance agreements in respect of the songs from the album New Era, and Evolution which is set to be released soon containing singles such as Yeba, For You, Senorita, Sofa and others, produced under the contract, including using the stage name ‘Kiss Daniel’ without the company’s prior consent and permission.
