Arsenal's Mesut Ozil & Sead Kolasinac '100%' ready to play

Arsenal manager Unai Emery is "100%" confident Mesut Ozil and Sead Kolasinac are mentally ready to play against Burnley on Saturday.
The pair were left out of the Gunners' season-opening win over Newcastle because of "further security fears" after being involved in a carjacking attempt by an armed gang in July.
Midfielder Ozil and left-back Kolasinac have now returned to training.
"It's good news for us because they can help us in matches," Emery said.
"My focus is to be positive and focus on making sure the players are 100% in their minds here.
"I want to help them to be with us, back to normal training, thinking about football. Above all, I want them to be able to focus on each training session and each match.
"They came back to training with us on Tuesday. I think each session gives us good information and good different options with them also to take the decision if they're going to be with us on Saturday or be in the first XI. But we are going to wait until tomorrow, our last training session."

THE LAW OF DIVINE COLLABORATION

The bible says after all the work God did in Genesis 1, He could not see any of them BECAUSE THERE WAS NO MAN to take responsibility.

On the day of creation, he created them male and female - PERFECT. On the day of manifestation, he manifested an imperfect farmer! He showed him how to till the ground and bring out whatever he needed from the resources of the earth.

The Adam of Genesis 1 had a mandate he did not understand let alone know how to fulfil. He had a vision but had no responsibilities. The Adam of Genesis 1 expected God to do everything for him. But that was not the design of earth. In Genesis 2 God had to show him by coaching and mentoring how to take responsibility to fulfil his mandate.

First, God had to show Adam the principle of patience, time and seasons which is the hallmark of farming. He made Adam watch and work along as He planted Eden. Please notice that unlike in Genesis 1, God did not speak Eden into existence. He ACTUALLY PLANTED THE TREES AND HERBS. Thus they had to wait and watch them grow in their seasons.

Next, God had to show him the mating process in animals first to awaken a sexual desire and affection that will fuel the passion to fulfil his mandate of being fruitful and multiplying. Until that sexual frustration was experienced by Adam, the manifestation of Eve was not possible.

*18 And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.*

_Notice that God sees the need when Adam does not know he has a need. Notice also that God does not immediately create Eve but starts by creating other animals while Adam learnt to relate with them by giving them names. This was not a one-day job because God was now showing man the process of PROCREATION and continuity on earth. The process started much earlier when God had to teach Adam the principle of patience._

*19 And out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.*

20 And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; *but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.*

This last sentence of verse 20 means that Adam was searching amongst the creations of God for a creation that was suitable to him and his now awakened needs of companionship and procreation. It came because he first took the responsibility to work with God in planting the Garden of Eden and watching to see the trees grow and bear fruit.

Are you taking responsibility for the vision God has given you or you are waiting for Heaven to do everything. “If it is the will of God it will happen.” “What will be will be?” No! No Noooo! That is living in Chapter 1.

*The Law of Divine Collaboration states that unless and until man partners with God, the plans and purpose of both man and God will not be fully manifested on earth.*

God works through a man. Man needs the power of God to carry out the mandate on his life. Heaven will work when Heaven sees a man taking responsibility. A man must pick a date to enforce and actualize his MAN-DATE. That is what manifestation is.

The human agent must lend himself to be used by the Divine otherwise, he will never find fulfilment.

Accepting responsibility opens up the channels of supply between Heaven and Earth. That is what planning and fasting and executing will achieve.

Actress, Ronke Odusanya opens up on her love life: I have found love and I am happy

Nollywood actress, Ronke Odusanya popularly called “Flakky Ididowo” has just opened up with details on how she met her new 'mystery' man.

The actress had a chat with LIB recently where she explained, 'I have children who surround me but I don’t have any of my own. This is why I say people believe so much garbage on social media. Lots of people have asked me this question but as at this moment, I have never had a child'.

See excerpts below...
Q: There's been alot of wedding bells in your industry lately, tell us about your love life?
(Laugh) Well is life all about dating.. There are more things to life. I think it’s very important that you find your purpose first and live your purpose. For some dating might strangle that opportunity to live out their purpose. Also, as an entertainer who has a publicly known face, It is difficult to always put your business out there. People make up silly assumption and assume them true without intending to find out the truth. So just say that I’ve learnt lessons.. real life lessons.. Maybe someday, I’ll write a book.. (Laugh). I have been dating but you just don’t know it. You won’t see it in public. That’s my private business.
Q: When Celebs keep things away from the public, it seems like they are hiding...
Hiding bawo, How do you mean? Even before I had relationship scandals, I have been a private person. Infact, way back in school. Those that know me.. I mean those that really know me can testify to this. I keep a very private life. Its my nature. Has nothing to do with hiding. I attend events when I can and feel like. You are an entertainer or celeb doesn’t mean you can’t have a private life. Those who do have mastered the art but trust me, what you see on social media is totally flawed. Many are living a double face identity. Me, I no get anything to hide. I just don’t believe in putting all in front of you.
Q: You mentioned that you had scandals, Which of them really rocked you?
Rocked .. you mean disturbed me?
Q: Yes, in that context too
A: Well.. I think I’m way beyond rocking now.. I wouldn’t want to go into details but if you care to know, you can google them, you’ll find the stories everywhere. The impact has reduced now though but it hurt me back them. They were clear relationships. Nothing was hidden, everyone that cared to know knew.
My family did which was important to me. But the truth is some things happened … and I’ve granted interviews to reveal my own side but you see. The one that will sell newspaper and online blogs where they will add salt and pepper will trend. People believed and were not interested in the truth. We operate a society where you are judged and condemned in the Peoples opinion court which the chance to defend yourself.
Q: Has there been any relationship you regretted?
I am not a child, so no regrets .. I went into the relationship I had with love and certainly in a relationship now .. In love. (Laugh). Feels good to say that … and he loves me too. That’s what matters to me. Considering issues I’ve been through with men, I can be a difficult person so a man who devotes time and energy to me must be truly ready.
Q: How did you meet this your new guy?
We met no ni.. (All laugh). You people love gist sha.. The good thing about him is that he is not married. Which also means he has never divorced but he has a child.. A son who is 5 years old now. I met him and we became partners. If we decide to do anything further, you guys will hear about it. We have been out on two or more occasions.
You know, It still amazes me on how we became partners because when I met him, I knew he was popular amongst girls. He is the outgoing type so he has a good history with girls around Magodo and Ketu (Laugh). Infact, some girls have called me to ask why I should be with someone like that. I keep wondering how its their business. Why didn’t they ask why he ended up being with me? What makes them think I’m better than him? Is it because he is an extrovert or been with a lot of girls?
Some even called me to say he is too loud, he can be lousy… but does that make me a better person than him? Have you checked his inward expression and attributes? I remember one time like that that I was dating a popular person. Lots of people were like why are you dating this guy? He isn’t a porch person in quote. But honestly, I dated that person because he was such a good person to me and he took care of me. There were things I did and he forgave me. Going back to my new partner, I have done lots of things in the past that he heard and forgave me going forward… So the fact that I’m quiet and more reserved or you’ll say private doesn’t make me better than him.  Infact, another person said, Ki ni mo wa de be .. Like how did I get involved with him? Noo.. Like I’m meant to snatch someone’s husband right. So people should take a chill pill … relationship isn’t easy but I’m happy with the man in my life now.  All you will see is people amplifying your imperfections without recourse to the damage it could cause in the lives of those involved. You know, this is the reason we have many people in my industry who haven’t gotten married or are divorced. We are all looking for Mr Perfect. Then those that have a looking perfect home, make it perfect on social media. Those that truly have a perfect home, people are looking for ways to make imperfect. A ye le o. So its important to chart your course and stay focused.
Q. So what's the direction for you both? Wedding bells coming as we have seen you wear a ring on your finger?
(Laugh) It’s a fashion ring. I love to wear jewelries. Our parents and immediate family members are ok with us so that’s the most important. Other things, you will know in the future. The future holds the answer so let’s be patient.
Q: How is your child? You always share pictures on social media?
Oh yes.. I have children who surround me but I don’t have any of my own. This is why I say people believe so much garbage on social media. Lots of people have asked me this question. I have never had a child. All the pictures of children you see on my page are friends or my brother's kid.
Q: Will you quit the entertainment industry to start a family?
My man doesn’t believe in that. He supports my career. I love my work. I repeat .. I love my work and very open to movie roles and business. My manager always says I’m a work junky. But most certainly, I’ll find a balance.

Liverpool and Chelsea to meet in final - why you should care

The Uefa Super Cup takes centre stage on Wednesday with Champions League winners Liverpool taking on Europa League victors Chelsea at the Besiktas Park in Istanbul.
It is a big opportunity for one of these two sides to win their first piece of silverware this season, but just how much should you care about the game?
Here are five reasons why it is a fixture worth your time.
The Super Cup has effectively made its home in the trophy cabinet of a Spanish club in recent years, with the past five winners all from Spain.
But it will, for the first time in 14 years, be heading to England this year, with this game being the first time it has been contested between two Premier League sides.
In total seven Super Cup finals have been between domestic rivals - five involving Spanish teams, including four since 2014, and two all-Italian ones.

Andy Murray: Scot's second thoughts over decision not to play US Open singles

Andy Murray says he has had some second thoughts about his decision not to play singles at the US Open.
Murray lost in straight sets to Richard Gasquet in Cincinnati on Monday in his first singles match for seven months.
Murray had earlier turned down a wildcard for the main draw in New York because he was not convinced his body would be ready for five-set matches.
But the qualifying matches - which begin in New York on Monday - are played over the best of three sets.
"I don't know why we didn't really think of it, but it just never crossed my mind until this morning," Murray told BBC Sport.
"When I woke up, I was like - I want to play three-set matches. I could maybe test myself there, and if I got through qualifying that might show that I'm ready to play there. But too late, unfortunately."
The US Tennis Association has already announced the names of the nine American men who have received wildcards into the qualifying draw.
The Scot, 32, will now decide, in conjunction with his team, whether to enter next week's ATP singles event in Winston-Salem.
He is then planning to play doubles and mixed doubles at the US Open, although he is yet to find a partner for either. He will not be able to play with this year's regular sidekick Feliciano Lopez, as he has agreed to play with Pablo Carreno Busta at the request of Spain's Davis Cup captain.
"Unfortunately he's taken, and a lot of the players have partners now," Murray said.
"It's not easy to find anyone at this late notice, but I'm sure we'll get someone."
In Cincinnati, Murray and Lopez have a second-round doubles match against Ryan Harrison and Jack Sock to look forward to. On Tuesday they beat the fourth seeds Dutchman Jean-Julien Rojer and Romania's Horia Tecau 3-6 6-3 10-3.
Murray was pleased with the way he played just 24 hours after contesting his first singles match since January's hip surgery.
"I felt pretty good today," he said.
"I was a little bit tired, I felt a bit drained - but more mentally rather than physically. I felt fine, so that was positive thing - maybe it showed that I wasn't running enough!
"I learnt quite a lot from yesterday - about how tough this process is probably going to be, and how long a process it will be until I'm feeling really good on the court again."

Shi'ites accuse FG of frustrating El-Zakzaky's treatment in India

The Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) aka Shi'ites, has accused the federal government of frustrating the medical treatment of their leader, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky and his wife, Zeenat, in India.

A statement released by the secretary of academic forum of the movement, Abdullahi Musa, alleged that the federal government and some security operatives “working for the US government” were conniving to ensure that El-Zakzaky and Zeenat would not be treated.

According to Musa, the Medanta Hospital, New Delhi, where El-Zakzaky and his wife were taken to immediately they arrived India on Tuesday August 13th, has been threatened not to admit him for treatment.

“Reports reaching us from the hospital indicate that the security agents are colluding with foreign security agents believed to be working for American government. Even before the Sheikh arrived the hospital, we gathered from competent source that officials of American embassy in India instructed management of the hospital not to admit the Sheikh for treatment.
“The source added  that even as the doctors were enthusiastically waiting to receive the Sheikh to save his life, the American secret agents have threatened the hospital officials not to go ahead to treat the Sheikh at the hospital.” the statement read

He appealed to foreign governments to intervene and stop the Federal government from playing with the health of their leader.

Just In: Manchester City fined but avoid transfer ban for breaching Fifa rules on under-18 signings

Manchester City have avoided a transfer ban after admitting breaching Fifa rules on signing youth players.
The Premier League champions have been fined 370,000 Swiss Francs (£315,000).
Fifa said City breached article 19 of its regulations: "International transfers of players are only permitted if the player is over the age of 18."
City say the breaches, which all occurred before December 2016, were as a result of "misinterpretation of the regulations in question".
Chelsea were banned from signing players for two transfer windows for a similar rule breach - but the club are appealing to have that overturned.
City said the rule breach was in relation to players on trial and their participation in friendly games, and that the club had been "fully compliant" since. The club also said they "co-operated fully" with Fifa's investigation.
"The club accepts responsibility for the breaches which arose as a result of misinterpretation of the regulations in question," said City.
Last year, two players from Ghana's Right to Dream football academy - Sierra Leone's George Davies and Ghanaian Dominic Oduro - told Danish newspaper Jyllands-Posten that they signed for City and played in youth matches before they turned 18.
"The Fifa disciplinary committee has sanctioned English club Manchester City FC for breaches relating to the international transfer and registration of players under the age of 18," said football's world governing body in a statement.
"Manchester City FC was found to have breached, among others, article 19 of the Fifa Regulations on the status and transfer of players.
"The disciplinary committee took into account the fact that Manchester City FC accepted its responsibility and sanctioned the club with a fine of CHF 370,000."
Chelsea were sanctioned by Fifa in February for breaching rules in relation to 29 youth players, and were fined £460,000 in addition to their transfer ban.
In June the Blues, who were not allowed to make any signings in the summer transfer window, announced they were taking their appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, having failed with their first appeal to Fifa.
In May 2017, City were banned from signing academy players for two years and fined £300,000 after breaching Premier League transfer rules.
The club are currently being investigated by Uefa for alleged financial fair play violations.

Britain's three-time Grand Slam winner ready to be considered a singles player again - Andy Murray

Andy Murray does not tend to sugar coat his answers.
He accepts there are reasons to be cheerful after his 6-4 6-4 defeat by Richard Gasquet in Cincinnati, but admits he is "quite far away from where I would like to be".
That is to be expected after just two weeks of dedicated practice before his first singles match for seven months.
Murray will only play doubles in New York, when the US Open gets under way in a fortnight. But you can now consider him a singles player above all else once again.
A singles player who expects to be back in his peak physical condition in January: 12 months after the second operation on his right hip.
"I think nine to 12 months after the operation is when I would expect to be getting close to the best that I can be physically - and speed wise I should be fully recovered by 12 months," Murray told BBC Sport.
The 32-year-old regularly measures his speed around the court. Those numbers are improving, he says, but they only tell you so much.
"They have improved, but they are quite linear speeds, and repeatable tests, whereas on a match court you are changing direction and having to react to balls and anticipate.
"The way to get that back is by playing matches. You can hit as many speed targets as you like, but once you get out on court it's very different. I don't feel I was very slow out on the court today, but I was not as quick as I would have liked."
Murray will decide over the next few days whether to play singles in Winston-Salem, in North Carolina next week. He will then have plenty of opportunity to practise his singles during the US Open before he heads in September to China, where he tends to play well.
Appearances in Zhuhai and Beijing are already in the diary, with the possibility of adding Shanghai to his schedule the week after. There are then three further weeks of tournaments in Europe before the regular season comes to an end.
"I'm certainly not going to go backwards from here," Murray says.
"Every time I've practised singles so far, it's all just been practice sets because I was trying to get back on the match court.
"But once you actually get out there and start playing you realise, 'Wow,' my return needs to get better; I need to improve my serve. I need to get myself on the practice court and work on those things specifically."
It will take Murray some time. It is not just that he has missed seven months this year.
He was only able to play six events in the preceding 18 months (on a hip that was still not fit for purpose), and even the very best need a considerable period to regain that match sharpness after such an age away from the tour.
Even if they are not playing with a resurfaced metal hip.
"It will be exciting and interesting to see how I get on," Murray concluded.
"It's not something that's been tried or done before in tennis. Hopefully if it goes well it will be an option for more athletes down the line."

Why Old Trafford feel-good factor could last this time - Phil Neville

The feel-good factor is back at Old Trafford, and this time there are some reasons why it could last.
I'm not getting carried away by the margin of Manchester United's 4-0 win over Chelsea - the scoreline did not reflect the game until the Blues collapsed towards the end.
Right up until when United scored their third and second goals in quick succession, in the 65th and 67th minutes, things were pretty even and Chelsea had some very good chances.
But what I saw on Sunday was a Manchester United team that looked like they had a spirit of togetherness, a set system  and also the right players to execute that plan.
It is very early days, but the £80m United spent on Harry Maguire already looks worthwhile, because of the effect he has had on the rest of the team.
Being realistic, looking at the quality of Manchester City, Liverpool and Tottenham, then United are not going to win the league.
But, on this evidence, fourth place looks very attainable and, while there is such a clear direction and also a focus on youth, then United fans will go with that whether this team is successful or not.

Eddie Jones to name World Cup squad on Monday

England coach Eddie Jones joked that he would use "red wine" and "advice from his dog" to help decide the World Cup squad he will announce on Monday.
Jones will name his 31-man group for Japan 2019 almost four weeks before World Rugby's 8 September deadline.
After England's 33-19 warm-up win over Wales, the 59-year-old said his announcement would "take a lot of the noise away about selection".
"The coaches will get together and see where the red wine spills," he added.
"That is the science of it.
"My job is to pick the best 31 for England and I am quite capable of doing that. I have got great assistant coaches and my dog gives me some advice so I think we are in a pretty good place."
Once the squad has been named, there is still a risk of players getting injured, with England playing three more Tests before the World Cup.
They face Wales in Cardiff on 17 August, before matches against Ireland and Italy.
Flanker Sam Underhill, wing Ruaridh McConnochie and centre Henry Slade were all late withdrawals from Sunday's starting XVand back row Tom Curry left the pitch in the first half holding his right arm.
But Jones said Curry's issue was not "too serious" and played down any concern over injuries before Japan.
"We know where the injuries are and we know who is going to be available and who is not," he explained.
"We will name a very strong squad of 31 on Monday. We want the players to focus on being the tightest and most cohesive England squad ever to have played in a World Cup and we have the opportunity to do that."
Wales travelled to Twickenham as favourites and with the chance to become world number ones if they avoided defeat.
But the relatively inexperienced side chosen by Jones looked far more energetic than their opponents from the outset, with wing Anthony Watson, scrum-half Willi Heinz and flanker Lewis Ludlam playing themselves into contention.

Manchester United remain a work in progress - Solskjaer after 4-0 win over Chelsea

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says his team are still a "work in progress" despite their 4-0 win over Chelsea on the opening weekend of the new Premier League season.
After Chelsea twice hit the post, the Reds were lucky to lead 1-0 at half-time through Marcus Rashford's penalty.
But United improved after the break as Frank Lampard's first match as Chelsea boss ended in a day to forget.
"We know we're not anywhere near the finished article," Solskjaer said.
"We are working on improving as a team and finding a style that suits us a team. We still need time but it is coming.
"Winning is a habit. We are lucky to go in 1-0 up but in the second half our nerves settled, our confidence grew."
Solskjaer's team finished sixth in the Premier League last season, 32 points adrift of champions Manchester City and five behind Tottenham in the race for Champions League qualification.
Few outside of Old Trafford have predicted United making a title challenge this season, with many believing a top-four finish would represent satisfactory progress for the 20-time English champions.
Some supporters are not convinced United did enough in the summer transfer market, having signed three players - Leicester defender Harry Maguire, Crystal Palace right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Swansea winger Daniel James - and letting striker Romelu Lukaku go to Inter Milan.
England international Maguire, now the world's most expensive defender after joining for £80m last week, was named the man of the match after a commanding display.
Wan-Bissaka, a £50m signing, also looked assured on his first competitive start, while Wales international James marked his debut with a goal seven minutes after coming on as a substitute.
